The following is a list of what a typical donation to Habitat is used for:

• $5,000 buys central heat and air installed.
• $3,000 buys the foundation for the new house to be built on.
• $1,500 buys trusses, dirt work, cabinets, siding.
• $500 buys shingles, drywall, tile flooring, paint, sod, bathroom fixtures.
• $250 buys light fixtures, windows, doors, hot water heater, faucets.
• $100 buys nails, caulk, paint brushes, door knobs, ceiling fan, plants, hand tools.
