Habitat for Humanity of Northwest Louisiana and DiamondJacks Casino Resort , Bossier City dedicated a new home at 908 Princeton Avenue in Bossier City on Thursday, May 3 at 10:00 a.m. 

The new homeowner, Anita Harrison and her son and niece will move into the house this month.  The home is within walking distance to an elementary school which is a blessing for Harris.  Her son will start classes at Central Park Elementary, located just 2 blocks from their home in the fall.

DiamondJacks contributed $50,000 toward the construction of two new homes for deserving families in 2007.  In addition, DiamondJacks employee volunteers assisted crews in the construction of the home.  Their donation enabled building the Harrison home plus one other that will start construction in fall, 2007.
